MIAG only provides this websites as a venue to the Self-Employment for Immigrant Women (SEIW) program participants to display and promote their own businesses. The items displayed on the SEIW Business Directories are produced, listed, and sold directly by the SEIW program participants as independent vendors.

MIAG does not and will not make any warranties about their products and services quality, safety, authenticity, or their legality. I understand that any legal claim related to an item that I purchase or service that I receive must be brought directly to the vendor of the item or service. MIAG will not provide any invoice or receipt for items purchased or services offered by the Business Directory independent

vendors.

I hereby, release MIAG Centre for Diverse Women & Families, partner agencies, project funder, staff, board of directors, and volunteers from claims related to items sold or services received through this website, including defective items, misrepresentations by vendors, or items that caused or could cause any physical, mental or emotional injury, damage or harm of any sort. Furthermore, I release MIAG Centre from any potential hidden or future conflicts of interests that may arise from or between any parties of the program or other parties.
