        • ? Our First Training of 2026 ?

This week marked a meaningful milestone.

On Monday and Tuesday, we delivered our first event of 2026 — Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Certificate training.

Two powerful days of learning, connection, and practical tools to support mental health with confidence, compassion, and care.

We’re grateful to begin the year creating spaces where awareness turns into action and knowledge becomes support. ?

More to come in 2026. Learn more: www.miag.ca/mhfa
